Dependable playpen purchase

This was my third time buying from FXW, and as always, the experience was great. I got a Heavy Duty Dog Playpen this time to expand my existing setup for a new foster dog. Like my previous Dog Playpen Extension Panels, it arrived quickly, about 4 days to New Jersey, and was just as described. The panels are consistent with what I already have, which is why I keep coming back. Their playpens hold up well to my active dogs, and I appreciate that reliability.

Perfect for my puppy!

I ordered the Indoor Dog Playpen for my new puppy, and it's absolutely fantastic! It was super easy to set up, and it keeps him safe while I'm busy. The quality feels really solid. I'm so happy with this purchase. Will definitely shop here again when I need more pet stuff!

Good for camping

I got the Dog Camping Playpen for our trip last month. It came pretty fast, like 6 days to get to us. Setting it up at the campsite was straightforward, which was nice after a long drive. My dog seemed comfortable in it, and it kept him contained without feeling too cramped. It wasn't too heavy to pack either. Overall, it did what we needed it to do for the camping trip. I might get some Dog Playpen Covers next time for extra shade.

Thinking of getting one of these playpens for my golden retriever. Are they actually sturdy enough for a bigger dog who gets zoomies sometimes?

T Troy 2 months ago

Yeah, I have a labradoodle and got the heavy-duty one. It holds up way better than the flimsy ones I tried before. He hasn't managed to knock it over yet, even when he gets excited.

They seem pretty good. I got one for my German Shepherd and it's been solid. You can get stakes to anchor it to the ground too, which helps a lot outside.

How long does shipping usually take to, like, California? I need a new playpen pretty fast for a foster pup coming next week.

J James R. 1 month ago

I'm in LA and got mine in about 4-5 business days. Ordered it on a Monday, got it by Friday.

A Amber 1 month ago

My order took closer to a week to get to NorCal. I think it depends on where exactly you are and if they're super busy. You might want to email them if it's really urgent to see if they can give you an estimate.

Hey, I saw some 'influencer' codes floating around for FXW. Anyone know if those are usually legit or if I should just wait for a holiday sale?

S Sophie Q. 2 months ago

I've used a few influencer codes from TikTok and they usually work fine. Just check the expiration date. Sometimes they're for a specific product though.

R Renee 2 months ago

They do sometimes have referral codes from people, so it's possible. But often the best deals are during big sales like Black Friday or Cyber Monday if you can wait. Depends on how much of a discount you're looking for.

If I get a playpen and it's not quite right, is their return process a pain? Like, do I have to pay for shipping back or something?

I Ivy J. 2 months ago

Returns were pretty easy for me. I had to send back an extension kit that I didn't end up needing. Just followed the instructions on their site and it was smooth.

P Paula S. 2 months ago

I think as long as it's within their window and not damaged, it's usually okay. I haven't returned anything myself, but their policy seems reasonable when I looked it up before buying.

Does anyone know if FXW does free shipping on everything or do you have to hit a certain amount? My order will probably be around $70-80.

D Dana 1 month ago

Pretty sure it's free shipping on orders over $100. So if yours is under that, you'd probably pay for it.

N Neil Romero 1 month ago

Yeah, it's $100 for free shipping. If you can add a small item like some pee pads or a toy to get over that, it might actually save you money compared to paying for shipping.
